- Work with client brief, budget, desired design outcomes, site & planning limitations.
- Coordinate with specialist consultants, contractors and suppliers in project design & delivery.
- Propose and deliver architectural design solution that responds effectively to brief, budget, site conditions, ESD principles, planning and statutory requirements.
- Generate high quality 3D visualisation images, animations and rendered drawings for presentation to client.
- Lead and coordinate working drawings, technical specification for tendering & construction.
- Administer tendering process, tender report and recommendations.
- Strong & growing construction & contract administration knowledge.
- Manage project budget & contingency from beginning, through design & tendering, to project completion.
- Understand building procurement methods and standard building contracts.
- Assess, manage and negotiate contractor’s progress claim, cost variations, weather delays extension of time during construction process.
- Work with construction issues & queries on site.
